Engaging in Leadership Skills with Teenagers.

Teens often don’t know what they can’t do, so they do it anyway. As such, they can accomplish things that adults would never dream of.

Providing leadership tips to these students was one of the more gratifying experiences for the year.

Organised by the Whyte House Education Group, Penang became the choice to provide leadership talks to almost 51,000 secondary school student’s .Needless to say this did hit the Malaysia Book Of Records.

I participated as one of the trainers and enjoyed interacting … sharing leadership skills to wide a range of students right from the assertive urbanites of Georgetown to the more sedate schools from the rural backdrop of mainland Penang.
